So it is happening! Chris is going to teach a 250h Yoga Alliance registered Anusara® Teacher Training (Immersion I-III & Teacher Training I-II) in Switzerland. Starting this fall!
Step into the flow and deepen your understanding of this heartoriented style of yoga that is one of the fastest growing types of yoga today.
This Training is part of the “Anusara® Path to Teaching” which is offered in two separate and sequential stages.
Stage 1 (Immersion I-III) is designed to inspire the serious practicioner to new levels of being, both on and off the mat.
Stage 2 (Teacher Training levels I, II, III) is intended to skillfully guide and prepare the most dedicated and qualified students to take the seat of the teacher. Stage 1 is prerequisite to Stage 2.
These stages will be a unique opportunity to learn anatomy, alignment, sequencing, therapeutics, and yoga philosophy.
Immersion I: October 27-31, 2010
Immersion II; January 5-9, 2011
Immersion III; March 2-6, 2011
TT 1; April 27 – May 1, 2011
TT 2: July 6-10, 2011
TT 3: August 31-September 4, 2011
Value: One Immersion cost CHF 800.-. A commitment to all three Sessions will be rewarded with a CHF 300.- discount on the Immersion III. Same counts for Teacher Training I-III.
